A first product, built properly and yours to keep

For a start-up, or a company adding a product to what it already does: a first version that real users can rely on, before there is a team to build it.

What you get

  • A working version in 3 days. Every screen your users will touch, on sample data, on a link you can show customers and investors.
  • The first live release in a month. Built to the scope the prototype fixed, tested on every change and checked for security before it goes live. If the product is a large one, we scope it in stages with you: the first release still goes live in a month, and the rest follows in later releases, each priced before work starts.
  • Built to last and to grow, from the start. The first release is the real system, not a demo to rebuild later, and it is made to take more users and more data as you grow.
  • Code that is yours on payment. With its tests, documentation and runbooks, ready for the developers you hire later.
  • A system you can move. It is built with open, widely used tools, not one cloud provider's own services, so it can run on any cloud you choose, or on your own servers.
  • Hosting, set up and looked after. Backups, security updates and fixes for anything that stops working as agreed, with no servers for you to run.
  • Changes priced as fixed items. As you learn from your first users, each change is priced before work starts and built only on your yes. Small ones are often free; we say which.

One fixed price

What every build includes

Everything from the first call to the hosting after go-live, inside one fixed price agreed after you have seen the prototype.

  1. Scoping and design

    What the system must do and how each screen works, worked out with you.

  2. A working prototype in 3 days

    Every screen your users will touch, on sample data, with the rules written beside each one. It fixes the scope and the price. Nothing is due for it.

  3. Development

    A team of AI agents writes the code in parallel. One expert with a decade of domain experience directs them and reads every change. You follow it on a working link that updates every few days.

  4. Automated testing on every change

    Tests are written with the code and run on every change. Agents also play your users, with the questions people actually type.

  5. A security review before go-live

    All of the code and the running system are checked, including a deliberate attempt to break in. Each finding is reproduced, fixed and given a test that keeps it fixed.

  6. Deployment

    We set up the hosting and put the system live.

  7. Hosting and support, free for the first 6 months

    Nightly encrypted backups with a rehearsed restore, security updates, and fixes for anything that stops working as agreed. No servers to buy, no IT team needed. New features are change requests. After that, the price for maintenance and the production server starts from ₹3K a month.

  8. The hand-over

    The code, its tests, the documentation and the runbooks (step-by-step instructions for running it) are yours on payment, so your own developers can take over whenever you like.

Third-party fees, passed on at cost: AI models (LLMs) and voice models once the system is live, SMS and WhatsApp charges, third-party licences, and hosting above the standard size if your traffic needs it. Nothing is marked up.

What we do not take on

We build whole systems for one fixed price. That rules out a few kinds of work.

  • A fixed-price build where nobody can yet say what done looks like. That starts with discovery, which is free, until the scope is clear.
  • Supplying people by the hour to join another team.
  • A project where software is the wrong answer. We say so on the scoping call.

For a build, we also do not charge day rates, send milestone invoices, bill for meetings or sell seats.
