Hosting and security

We host it, look after it, and check its security before it goes live

No servers to buy and no IT team needed. We run your system for you, with nightly encrypted backups, security updates, and fixes for anything that stops working as agreed.

Every time a new version goes live, it first goes through a security review: all of the code is read and the running system is tested, with a deliberate attempt to break in. Each problem we find is reproduced where it can be, fixed, and covered by a test that catches it if it ever comes back.

Where it runs

By default, we host it for you

Your system runs on a small virtual machine that we set up, run and look after, so there is nothing for you to buy or manage. If your data has to stay in one region, or you want the system on your own servers, we set it up there instead.

    For most builds the default: a small virtual machine we run and look after. Our own booking product runs on 6 vCPU and 6 GB.

    For Indian clients the default is a server in India. Elsewhere, cloud hosting kept inside the region your data has to stay in.

    No connection to outside networks at all. Models, weights and dependencies are delivered without a network path, with an offline procedure for updates and rollback.

The build, the tests and the security review are the same in all four. What changes is where the system lives and how it is reached. The hosting line in the price changes with where it runs, not with the month.

After go-live

We look after it once it is live

The system runs on hosting we set up and look after. Hosting and ongoing support are free for the first 6 months. After that, the price for maintenance and the production server starts from ₹3K a month.

Your data

Your data stays where you decide

Where it lives
Where you decide. For Indian clients the default is a server in India, under the DPDP Act, India's data protection law.
Training
Your data is not used to train any model.
Backups
Encrypted and pushed offsite nightly. The restore is rehearsed before go-live.
Deletion
Deletion on request is a procedure, not a negotiation.
Where answers come from
Every answer an AI system gives carries its sources: what was retrieved, and which passage or tool it came from.
When the answer is not there
When the answer is not in the approved material, the system says so and routes to a person rather than guessing.

The hand-over

You own the code on payment

When your acceptance test passes and you pay the rest of the fixed price, the code is yours, with its tests, documentation and runbooks, so your own developers can take over whenever you like. This is what you receive.
